Job Duties:
CORPORATE HUMAN RESOUCES MANAGER Selected candidate should possess the following skill sets to include: (1.) PROFESSIONAL SALARIED RECRUITMENT: Strong background in Professional and Technical Recruitment to include: Development and Implementation of a winning recruitment/talent acquisition strategy; Design of recruitment campaigns; and Manage overall salaried recruitment needs of the Company. (2.) ON-BOARDING PROGRAMS & TALENT DEVELOPMENT: Strong background in On-Boarding Program Development and Implementation and Talent Management and Development through identification of training needs and the selection, design and development of Training Programs to ensure a successful Talent Development Program. (3.) HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Strong background in Human Resource Management in a manufacturing environment to include exposure and experience as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist. Someone who has had experience in most all facets of Human Resources Management. Experience with Human Resources Software Systems that leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking systems. Taleo brand software preferred. (4.) EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: MS or BS Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Management, coupled with a background involving strong client focus, business acumen, results oriented and a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactics and work across the board with all levels of management. Human Resource Certifications highly desired PHR or SPHR. (5.) EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have 10 15 Years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of 5 years management experience. Stable and progressive work history is required. Too many job changes regardless of the reason will not work.
